1. No goods may be returned without prior authorization (RGA#) and a copy of the original invoice.

2. All return requests must be sent via email to returns@filters.org stating the reason for the return, part number, quantity and our invoice number.

3. Send the package pre-paid to:

No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted.  Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on shipping/handling charges.

4. A restocking fee of 35% may apply.

5. Returned products must be in new saleable condition and in its original box or no credit will be offered.

6. We reserve the right to determine the acceptability of the returned goods for resale.

7. No RGA's will be issued after 45 days from invoice date.

8. Return authorizations are valid for 30 days only.

9. Shipping discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

10. Filtercrossreference.com is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
